Where do we ship?

Ribbon currently delivers within India, utilizing trusted and well-established courier services located close to your area.

While we don't offer international shipping at this time, it's on our radar for future expansion!

What is the estimated shipping duration?

We strive to ensure swift deliveries within India, typically taking a maximum of 5 working days.

While we make every effort to meet these timelines, there may be occasional delays due to various factors such as:

- Inclement weather conditions

- Unforeseen political disruptions, strikes, employee lockouts, government-imposed lockdowns, etc.

- Acts of nature, including floods, earthquakes, etc.

- Other unforeseeable circumstances

In cases of such delays, we will make reasonable attempts to keep you informed about your order's status. It's important to note that we won't be liable for any emotional distress arising from shipping and delivery delays.

What if I'm unavailable to receive my order?

We will make up to three (3) delivery attempts for your order, so there's no need to worry if you miss the initial one!

If, after three attempts, we are still unable to deliver your order, we reserve the right to cancel it and provide a refund either in the form of store credit or through the original payment method. Please be aware that the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount, which may take up to 15 working days to process.

How can I track my order?

After successfully placing your order, it will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Once shipped, you will receive a unique tracking code via email or SMS.

This tracking code will link you to the courier's website responsible for handling your parcel. You can use it to monitor the status of your order and ascertain the expected delivery date.

Can I cancel an order?

What if I receive a damaged parcel?

In the unfortunate event that you notice your parcel has sustained damage or has been tampered with, please decline acceptance and return it to the delivery person.

Immediately notify us at +91 8851785231 or care@ribionwear.com, including your order ID. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement order at no additional cost.
