Return And Exchange Policy
We always strive to design products you’ll love, wear, and keep. If your purchase didn’t turn out to be the perfect fit, we do offer return and exchange options.
What is the return/exchange policy?
All products are eligible for a return within 15 days upon delivery of the order. Refunds will be in the form of store credit.
- For full-priced and sale products, store credit will reflect the amount paid upon the time of purchase.
- For incorrect sizing, contact us through our WhatsApp care number +91 8851785231 or email us at care@ribionwear.com to exchange the item for another size. If your ideal size is not available, you will receive store credit instead.
- For damaged or flawed products, contact us through WhatsApp or email us at care@ribionwear.com to initiate an exchange immediately. Please note that design issues do not count as flaws. Due to the handmade nature of our fabrics, patterns or colors may look slightly different in real life.
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days upon the delivery of your order. When you’re ready, contact us via our WhatsApp care number +91 8851785231 or email us at care@ribionwear.com with your name and order number.
Items must be in their original, unworn condition without alterations and with all tags and packaging intact. Please make sure the parcel is prepared upon collection.
Do you offer free returns?
We will bear the shipping costs for your first exchange request only. For succeeding exchange requests, the customer will shoulder all costs of reverse pick-up and delivery.
In case of multiple exchanges, customers will also bear the shipping costs, including reverse pick-up and delivery. Multiple exchange requests will not be consolidated in one shipping. Multiple exchanges refer to multiple requests of products, even if the products were purchased in one single order.
